I need a good book!

Okay, so now that I ended my life with "New Mooon" I need some other sappy book to keep me going! I just finished it this morning (put off reading the last couple chapters as long as I could) and now the wait is on for the next one! So, what I really need right now are some good suggestions for other good books. Twilight and New Moon totally kept my interest, so anything with vampires in it... just kidding. Really if you have any suggestions, that would be great! It's probably a good thing that I'm done. I've put off a lot of things and my house is showing it! I watched a little girl yesterday and she commented on how messy my house was. It was then that I put down my book for a minute and cleaned up the kitchen (: Maybe it's best I took a little time off from reading... Maybe not though.

The curse of the vampire...

So I dreamed last night that I was pregnant and running away from a vampire with a yellow car! AAAhh!! Boy, it was scary. My car died at a gas station, so I left it there on foot and ran through a market trying to avoid him and get to my house in Tooele Utah. It was terrifying, but I made it. When I got there, my husband had to deliver the baby and there wasn't one, but two! He had to do a c-section, but forgot to "put me back together". I don't remember feeling any pain, but I just remember how relieved I was to be away from the vampire! So wierd! You can probably guess that I've had my nose in the book "New Moon". I don't think I have been so involved in a book since I don't know when. I can hardly put it down, but at the same time I don't want to finish because then it means the end of Edward and Bella!! It's like loosing Edward again, but from my life. Mendy was telling me that she was bawling at the beginning of this book, but now I&

Home sweet home!

So, I haven't written for a while, but it's been a crazy week trying to get caught up with everything after my trip! I didn't count on being so jet lagged for about five days. All I wanted to do was sleep. It could also have something to do with this cold I have, or allergies or whatever it is. Anyway, things are looking up and I am finally getting my energy back. I actually woke up this morning feeling rested!! Yay! As far as my family goes, it has been great being back with them. I think I lost a little of my patience (if I had any in the first place) in England. There were a few times this week when all that my kids wanted was their dad! I guess I should be grateful that they had such a good time with him while I was gone. I keep hearing about the "party" that they had where they got to eat Wendy's for lunch and pizza for dinner! Wow, they will remember that forever I think. Brian doesn't fail to remind me though, that he made them great dinners the res

England Trip (continued)

So, I have still been trying to figure out how to get my pictures on. I have been putting it off until I did, but I'm getting behind, so I decided to just go ahead and finish with my trip so I don't waste any more time! Hopefully, I will figure it out and eventually put pictures up. For now, I am just going to do a quick overview of the rest of our trip. Friday, March 9th Hales Abbey Ruins 12th Century church Beautiful country side! Anne Hathaway's cottage Shakespeares birthplace lunch at English eatery Holy Trinity Church (Shakespeare's tomb) Mutual with Joni Bella Italia for dinner Wow, I didn't realize we had such an eventful day on Friday! Joni took us to the ruins in the morning, and the ride up was beautiful. That afternoon we went to Anne Hathaway's cottage, (very interesting) and then Shakespeare's birthplace and the church where Shakespeare was buried. That night we went to mutual with Joni and met her young women and leaders. That night we went for

On to the task of recording my England trip! I had such a good time and so many adventures, so I will try to sum it up by day. Well, here goes... The thing that has scared me the most about traveling to England was that I might go into labor on the plane. I went to the doctor a few days before my trip and because of my preterm labor, she recommended that I don't go. That made me even more nervous. I hear that the air pressure from the plane can actually break my water. I was determined to do it though, so she sent me home with a copy of my medical records just in case. Knowing this might be my only chance to go to England for a long time, I went on faith and prayed that nothing traumatic would happen. Brian gave me a wonderful blessing and the day I left I was finally comforted. Well, there was really no reason to be worried. I had felt more calm about the trip since we made our plans. I drank lots of water and made sure that I took many trips to the bathroom. I was surprised at ho
I finally did it and went into the "blogging world". I think what finally pushed me over the edge is when a friend showed me how easy it is! I can actually feel like I am doing my part in keeping up a journal! So far it has been more fun than I thought also. Who knew what kind of experiences I have been missing!! Speaking of experiences, I am going to England to visit Joni Stimpson (a friend) in a few days! Cami Turpin and I are flying together to London and staying with Joni for a week. I think both of us are a little nervous. I have never flown internationally, let alone seven months pregnant! I guess I will have an experience to tell my little girl someday. Well, since this is my first blog, I won't write long. Hopefully next time I will have some good pictures of my trip!
